Cys Infotech is a self-employed business run by Jagadeesh Ganta, working remotely with clients wherever they are. Invoices are issued in his personal name. You can reach him at info@cysinfotech.com or through the contact form on this site.
We build your preview site at no cost and with no obligation. You never pay anything before you've seen it live. If you decide not to go ahead, we take the preview down and you owe nothing.
If you approve the preview, the one-time launch fee moves it onto your own domain and makes it live.
You can register your domain yourself, or we can help you register it. Either way, the domain is registered in your name and belongs to you. If we register it for you, you pay the domain registrar's yearly fee at whatever the registrar charges; we don't add a markup.
Once the launch fee is paid, you own your website: its design, text, images you provided, and files. You can ask for a copy of the files at any time.
Covers hosting, SSL (the padlock), monitoring, and one content update a month. There is no contract, and you can cancel at any time.
After you cancel, your site stays live for 15 days as a grace period, so you can move it to a hosting provider of your choice. If you'd like help moving it, we'll do that for free. You keep your website files either way.
If you're unhappy after launch, you can ask for a 50% refund of the $399 launch fee within 45 days of your site going live. After 45 days, the launch fee isn't refundable.
Monthly hosting fees aren't refunded for months already started, but you can cancel at any time and won't be charged again.
The only other cost is your domain's yearly fee (paid to your registrar, or passed through at cost if we registered it for you). Add-ons such as lead capture or scheduling are optional and are quoted up front; nothing is added without your agreement.
