Smarter sites, safer businesses — no strings attached.
The website is the base of everything we build — and for some businesses, it's also the whole answer. A one-person tile-and-grout business with three jobs a week doesn't need a booking calendar. A busy salon with four stylists and a full waitlist almost certainly does. The add-ons only make sense once the site is solving a real bottleneck, not before.
We sell four of them: Lead Capture, Scheduling, Follow-up Automation, and an AI Voice Receptionist. None of them get set up until you say yes and pay for it — we don't build or configure anything on our end first. Here's how we think about which ones actually fit.
Before recommending anything, we ask one question: when a potential customer tries to reach you, what happens to that attempt right now?
Most businesses have one of these as their real bottleneck, not all three. We'd rather tell you which one than sell you all four.
An add-on has to save more time or convert more revenue than it costs. A business getting two inquiries a week doesn't need automated scheduling — a person can handle two a week by phone or text without much friction. A business getting two inquiries a day, several of them while you're already on a job, is a completely different story: the manual cost of handling that volume is real, and it's the volume itself that makes an add-on worth paying for.
This is also why AI Voice Receptionist is priced differently from the other three — it carries a real per-minute cost, so it only makes financial sense once your call volume is high enough that a missed call is a mathematically likely lost customer, not an occasional inconvenience.
| Add-on | Fixes | Best fit when... |
|---|---|---|
| Lead Capture | Leads landing in an inbox, not a contact record | Inquiries come through a form and get missed or forgotten |
| Scheduling | Manual back-and-forth to book a time | You spend real time per week just coordinating calendars |
| Follow-up Automation | Missed calls and no-shows with no automatic recovery | Call volume is steady but not high enough to justify live coverage |
| AI Voice Receptionist | Calls going unanswered entirely | Call volume is high, or every call is likely a real job |
We build the free preview site first, with no add-ons in it — that way you're judging the base site on its own, not because a demo is dressed up with automation. Once it's live and you've had it in front of real customers for a bit, the actual bottleneck usually becomes obvious. That's the right time to talk about which add-on — if any — makes sense.

A form on your site is not the same as Lead Capture. Here is the actual difference, and why it matters.
Lead Capture, explainedAll sectorsAn embedded booking calendar sounds like a nice-to-have until you count how much time back-and-forth scheduling costs.
